Justin hails from Wichita and has been with Bryan’s since 2013. He spent seven years as a Service Technician before stepping into leadership roles as Sales Manager and General Manager, and now serves as President of the company. He is experienced in heat pumps, geothermal, gas furnaces, air conditioners and ductwork.

Justin and his wife are kept busy with their six children. He enjoys passing on his love of working on classic cars with his kids.

Adrianna was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Before joining the company in 2024, Adrianna was a stay-at-home mom caring for her six children. She has enjoyed the transition to working because of the different experiences and getting to know everyone.

On the weekends you can find her baking sourdough, canning, gardening, and spending time with her family!

Paul grew up in the Park City, KS area. Paul has been involved with managing construction in one form or another for over 30 years before joining our team in 2024. Paul enjoys working for and with people who all share the same values of doing the right thing and are hungry for growth! When Paul’s not at work you can find him taking day trips with his wife and working on old cars!

Brooklynn was born in Wichita and raised in Valley Center, Kansas. She’s a frequent visitor to the Austin, Texas, area as her mother and some of her grandparents live there.

Brooklynn joined Bryan’s in 2023 and enjoys learning all the aspects of the HVAC trade and business.

On weekends, Brooklynn loves spending time with her husband, family, friends and 2 cats. She also enjoys being outdoors (when its warm!).

Born and raised in North Carolina, Wayne joined Bryan’s in 2026 as our Commercial and Residential Sales Specialist and is excited to take on this new opportunity. He has been in the HVAC trade since 2013, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to serving customers. Prior to his HVAC career, Wayne proudly served in the U.S. Army and later graduated from Wichita Technical Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, fishing, and relaxing during days at the lake.

Brad was born in Wichita and raised in Caney, KS. After high school Brad attended many colleges including Coffeyville Community College and Pittsburg State University. Brad also spent time serving our country in the U.S. Navy and was a Recreations Director for 30 years before starting with our company in 2024.

Outside of work, you can find Brad gardening, doing art, and spending time with his daughter and granddaughter!

Daron was born in Wichita and raised in Valley Center, Kansas. He attended Wichita State University for a while, studying music and foreign languages. He worked in various restaurants and management positions before joining the Bryan’s team in 2008.

Daron spends his free time with his three kids or playing the guitar with his band. He even toured the U.S. in the 90s as a musician! Daron’s favorite thing about working at Bryan’s is interacting with customers and co-workers.

Claire grew up in Valley Center, KS, and became part of the Bryan’s team in 2025. Before that, she worked as a manager at Smoothie King, where she gained valuable leadership experience. What she loves most about Bryan’s is the positive atmosphere and how everyone feels like family.

When she’s not at work, Claire enjoys spending time with loved ones and expressing her creativity through painting, designing, and drawing. She’s an easygoing person who enjoys learning new things and hearing different points of view.

Dayton was born in the Wichita area and raised in Valley Center, Kansas. He went to Hesston College on a baseball scholarship and later attended Wichita Technical Institute, where he worked as a TA.

Dayton joined Bryan’s in 2023 as a Service Technician and advanced to Service Manager in 2024. When he’s not at the shop, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and family.

David grew up on Wichita’s west side and moved to Valley Center in 2016 for his dad’s job change. He earned an associate’s degree in climate energy control technologies from WSU and joined Bryan’s in 2020.

David is pleased every day when he fixes someone’s HVAC system and improves their lifestyle. Outside of work, he is involved in his church’s youth ministry and enjoys working on small engines and other projects.

Dillon was born in Wichita, but grew up around and attended school in Bentley/Halstead. Studied Information Technology at trade school shortly after graduating, but moved on to HVAC. Dillon started at Bryan’s March of 2017 and has become a lead installation technician within that time. His favorite part about the HVAC industry is getting to meet new people at every job and showing them what he’s capable of creating with his hands. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with loved ones and completing different home improvement projects around the house.

Chase was born in Wichita and raised in Valley Center, Kansas. He attended Butler Community College before joining Bryan’s in 2020. Chase enjoys HVAC because each day is different and has its own challenges.

On days off, you might find Chase playing sports, fishing, riding his bike, or getting together with family and friends.

Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Brayden has been a valued member of our team since 2026. He is currently attending Wichita Technical Institute and is set to graduate in May 2026. Brayden enjoys working in the HVAC industry because of the problem-solving involved and the great team he gets to work alongside every day.

Outside of work, Brayden has a creative side. He enjoys drawing, painting, sculpting, and card games like Pokémon.

Jason was born in Butte, Montana, and grew up in Newton, Kansas. After graduating high school, he attended Wichita Technical Institute, where he graduated in January 2026. Jason joined Bryan’s Heating & Air Conditioning in March of that same year and is currently participating in the company’s internship program.

Jason’s favorite part of working at Bryan’s is being able to work with his hands while helping customers solve problems and stay comfortable in their homes. Outside of work, you can usually find him fishing, camping, or storm chasing.

Ethan was born and raised in Wichita. He earned a technical certificate in HVAC from WSU Tech and started working at Bryan’s in 2021 after a time installing commercial ductwork. You might find Ethan rock climbing or singing Karaoke during a day off.

Max was born in Wichita and moved to Clearwater, Kansas, in high school. He studied at Tabor College and Wichita Technical Institute before coming to work at Bryan’s in 2022. He enjoys the company culture between co-workers and supervisors.

Outside of work, Max likes hunting, fishing and golfing.

Steven started with Bryan’s in 2026 as a Service Technician, bringing a strong work ethic and a passion for learning the trade. Born in Wichita and raised in Augusta, Kansas, he graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2025 before making the transition into HVAC. Prior to entering the field, Steven worked as a chef in several fine dining restaurants, where he developed attention to detail and a commitment to quality that carries into his work today. He enjoys working alongside and learning from the experienced technicians at Bryan’s. Outside of work, Steven can usually be found spending time with his family.

Peyton was born in Wichita, Kansas, and grew up in Haysville. He graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2025 and spent time working in road construction and equipment rental before joining Bryan’s Heating & Air Conditioning in 2026.

Peyton enjoys working in the HVAC trade because every day brings something new to learn. He also values the opportunity to build relationships with customers throughout Wichita and the surrounding communities.

Outside of work, Peyton enjoys golfing, playing soccer and football, spending time with his family, and playing with his son.

Michael

Michael joined Bryan’s Heating & Air Conditioning in 2026 as an intern after studying HVAC at WSU Tech. He enjoys working in the HVAC industry because no two days or jobs are exactly the same, giving him the opportunity to learn something new and take on different challenges.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time on the water, skiing, reading, and writing.
