Fabrication & Install Technician

SEASONED HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN

Experienced Installer | Fabrication Specialist | Wichita, KS

Bryan’s Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a seasoned HVAC Install Technician with a minimum of 5 years of field experience and strong fabrication skills.

For 40 years, Bryan’s has been born and raised right here in the Wichita community, building our reputation through quality installations, exceptional customer care, and a commitment to our employees.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, understands that no two installations are exactly alike, and can confidently fabricate and problem-solve in the field. Most importantly, we want someone who looks at every job as an opportunity to help someone in need and make a difference in their home.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC fabrication and sheet metal
  • Ability to build quality transitions, plenums, ductwork, and fittings
  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation and system operation
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Professional and respectful with customers and their homes
  • Dependable, accountable, and willing to help develop others
  • Positive attitude and desire to continue growing
