• Is there anything I should check before calling?

  While we always like seeing our customers, we’re sure you’d prefer to avoid a service call if you don’t need one. (Don’t worry, we don’t take it personally!) There are a few basics to check before calling.

  1. Check for a tripped breaker to your HVAC equipment and ensure the power switch is on.
  2. Check the thermostat batteries or power source. Make sure the thermostat is set correctly.
  3. Check the air filter and change it if it’s dirty.

• What information should I have ready before I request service?

  We just need a brief description of your concern. If you know the make and model of your equipment, that’s very helpful.

• Can I get an estimate over the phone?

  Generally, no. Examining your existing equipment and space allows us to recommend the best HVAC solution for your needs and wants. There are a lot of variables to consider!

  We prefer to send a qualified comfort specialist to your home or business to gather information and discuss options. The consultation is free.

• Can I request a specific service technician?

  Absolutely!
